In case you are not familiar with this site, please check it out. In particular, I recommend you watch the video of Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor's "Stroke of Insight". While the video (picture) "is worth a thousand words", Dr. Taylor's words themselves are also very powerfully delivered. Please dont be daunted by the 18minute length. Once into it, you may wish it was even longer.

Marylou! So glad to see you back! And thank you for the reminder of this site and this inspiring doctor, I did watch it ages ago and it will be wonderful to view it again.
I am eagerly anticipating your next journal entry, I do love your writing style (such a relief to find someone who can actually spell!) and your links are very interesting. I am finding the Happiness Project a good read.
